If no CAD data exists for a part, we can easily generate a file from a scanned image in minutes and store the data in .dxf files. We can save hours of costly hand measurement and CAD programming. 

LaserQC inspects flat parts, completing a 100% scan in seconds and immediately compares each dimension to CAD requirements. The CAD model is superimposed over the scanned data. Tolerances are color-coded so that any off-spec variance is instantly visible.

Inspection data from LaserQC is saved in industry standard .dxf files. Reports can be generated instantly to your specifications, using these files. SPC functions include charting data in a histogram, Run Chart, and X Bar/Range plot for analysis of part production processes over a specified period of time. We can give you complete automatic documentation and traceability to meet requirements for ISO and QS reporting, plus data files you can export to common Windows-based programs.
